Terms of Community Submission
Platform standards for public evidence and community reporting
1. Civic Purpose
The DPA Digital Community Action Platform is designed exclusively for authentic public interest advocacy, ward issue escalation, and civic accountability in South Africa.
2. Truthfulness & Defamation
Submissions must represent genuine civic breakdowns (e.g. water leaks, electricity blackouts, potholes, illegal dumping). Submissions made with malicious intent, hate speech, incitement of violence, or fabricated allegations will be rejected and referred to law enforcement where required.
3. Independent Civic Advocacy
Submissions do not constitute a commercial contract. DPA Party acts as a civic advocate to escalate concerns to municipal officials, but cannot substitute for statutory municipal emergency services.
